Wednesday 1 June 2016Hey crew, this is Coach Red here, we have a special workout for you on Wednesday. To celebrate game 1 of State of Origin we’ve put together an awesome Nate Myles Origin WOD.
Nate and I have been mates since back in the day; we went to school together, played footy with and against each other. What you see is what you get with Nate, he’s a down to earth, quality human and a proud (North) Queenslander.
It’s been fantastic to watch him develop into one of the best players in Origin. If there is hard work to be done he never goes missing. That box head was built for the game, just ask Paul Gallen’s knuckles how hard it is!
Wednesday night will be Nate’s 30th Origin cap and we thought to celebrate it with a special WOD. We asked for his favourite exercise movements and along with Coach Tommy B we’ve created this bad boy!
It’s tough, but so is Origin! Hope you enjoy it, because it’s becoming one of HBZ’s benchmark WODs.
