“There is no magic pill”… “There’s no such thing as a quick fix” … “There are no shortcuts”
Regardless of which version of this phrase you may have heard, the message is still the same – progress takes time and there is no way around this.
To counter this however, I believe there is a magic pill. And, not only that, but I believe we all have access to it.
So what is the magic pill?
Well, the truth is, it doesn’t matter: the magic pill could be anything! What matters is that you consistently take the magic pill, because that’s what makes it magic!
CrossFit could be the magic pill – if you train consistently.
The Keto Diet might be the magic pill – if you stick to it long enough.
Meditation may be the magic pill – if you make it a habit.
Regardless of what you’re magic pill is – be it paleo, podcasts or pilates; stick with it long enough, and you’ll probably begin to see the benefits.
So stop looking for the magic pill – you already have it, and instead, just start being consistent.
