Monday 7 July 2014Pretty excited about tomorrow. Just a friendly reminder of the run down. The Box will be open from 9am, please come in check it out, fill out your paper work and your ready to go from Monday. Our Cairns affiliates wont be arriving till about 1pm, the surprise WOD will be kicking off around 1:30pm. This will only be open to a select few of experienced CrossFiters. Please feel free to hang about for some Grass Fed beef and Beers (or water) after the WOD. This day is for everyone not just members.If you are just curious or want to see what all this CroosFit is about? Please come in and say Hi! Cant wait to meet you all and reconnect with some old friends! Happy WODing peeps:)
