Station 1- 1 round 9 front squat, 6 clean and jerk, 3 power snatch @ 30/40kg
Station 2- max cals row until person has finished above complex
Station 3 rest

100 pull ups (partners must hold chins over bar- one person drops then change pull upper)
75 wall balls (both partners in a hollow hold- one person drops then rotate)
50 toes to bar (both people in a dead hang)
25 STRICT HSPU (partners in HS hold)
* no STRICT HSPU then 75 strict push ups (partners in straight arm plank)
