Then share load to complete
50 Wall ball
50 Thrusters 30/40kg
25 Synchronised burpees over bar
Then:
5 rounds of
50m Deadball carry (pick a weight that challenges athetes)
50 Russian KB swings 24/32kg
*Athletes change exercises as needed. Make sure ball is always moving and KB is always swung when on that exercise!
