Ladies start with a score of 50 gents start with a score of 60, 1min Max row for cals. The amount of your cals is subtracted from the start score above ie 50/60. That score you get is the amount of burpees you need to do to complete the workout. You time will be 1min (for the row) and time remaining to do burpees.
