Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one, two or three close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training & nutrition or for experienced gym-goers to take their skills, fitness & performance nutrition to the next level.
Good nutrition is the key to achieving any goal. Get your nutrition under control and make it work for you, not against you!
The HBZ Performance Nutrition & Training Program is a holistic and specialised approach designed around the specific needs of the individual in order to address lifestyle and behavioural aspects that make your food & training choices feel more like a lifestyle rather than feeling like a chore. This is done through educating and guiding you through the various hurdles nutrition & training can throw at us with the ultimate goal of giving you the tools to live your best life on the inside and out.
This is not a cookie-cutter plan, or calorie counting, or macro-based and focuses more on the practical application of the latest scientific findings for long term health that are specific to you.
The program includes an initial one on one meeting. After that, you will receive access to the coaches in our classes and weekly check-ins. With an optional weekly or 2-4-6 & 8 week one on one catch up to check in on your progression of the specialised program, if its training specific, rehab or nutritional goals!
