About MCT Fitness


Situated within the HBZ Performance Centre, MCT Fitness is a group training facility suited to any level of experience or fitness. Offering a warm welcoming environment for beginners and seasoned athletes alike to achieve their goals in a supportive community.

Whether your goal is to;

• Loose body fat, tighten or tone
• Increase strength & endurance
• Increase your cardiovascular efficiency
• Participate in an exercise program designed around old injuries or limitations
• Or just to complete simple day to day tasks like weeding the garden or chasing the kids around without being out of breath.

This is the perfect place to start for someone who gets bored at a conventional gym and therefore finds it difficult to develop that habit of exercise or simply come and try something new with friends. We make fitness fun!

The HBZ Performance Centre is the home of both MCT Fitness and CrossFit HBZ. The centre is a place where you can take time out for YOU.
